Launched in 2021 we have grown rapidly, leveraging decades of experience in technology, financial services and global real estate, to launch the MENA region’s first mobile app for fractional real estate investing.

The Growth Team
Our Growth team runs strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the company's customer base, optimising revenue streams, and maximising overall business growth. This dynamic team focuses on leveraging data-driven insights and innovative marketing strategies to achieve measurable results across various channels and stages of the customer journey.
We are looking for a Growth Lead who will oversee the user journey to ensure optimal performance at all funnel stages. Experimenting on health metrics, maintaining visibility dashboards, and analysing user behaviour. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and improve user experiences.
🚀What you’ll do:
- Data Experimentation and Analysis:
- Design and conduct experiments to pinpoint influences on health metrics across the user funnel.
- Formulate hypotheses, manage A/B testing, and interpret data to enhance user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Lifecycle Management:
- Perform detailed analyses of user behavior and trends to identify areas for experience and engagement improvements.
- Leverage data analytics tools to extract insights and form hypotheses.
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to devise and implement strategies that improve user journey metrics.
- Lead initiatives to boost user acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement.
- Dashboard Oversight:
- Develop and oversee comprehensive dashboards for real-time health metrics visibility throughout the user journey.
- Ensure dashboards are accessible and user-friendly for all organizational stakeholders.
- Communication and Reporting:
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, reporting on key metrics and advancements.
- Present complex data insights in a straightforward and actionable manner.
👀 What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years in CRM, marketing automation, or customer-facing roles within SaaS, subscription-based businesses, financial services, property and real estate, or platform-based investment industries.
- Skilled in using CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, or Pipedrive, with a focus on automation and sales process optimisation.
- CRM / Marketing Automation platform like Customer.io, Braze, and similar
- Experienced with tools such as Customer.io, Marketo, or ActiveCampaign, including integration with CRMs and other Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
- Expertise in building and maintaining dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Competent in data analysis, audience profiling, and developing message frameworks to optimise conversion strategies and improve funnel efficiency.
- Python/SQL good to have [write automation scripts and analyse data]

- Demonstrated commitment to creating exceptional customer experiences and building trust.
- Ability to translate complex information into engaging, clear, and persuasive messages.
- Proactive, adaptable to change, and able to thrive in a dynamic startup environment, with a growth-oriented mindset.
- Proven track record in analyzing campaign performance, identifying conversion bottlenecks, and implementing A/B testing and other optimization strategies.
