Launched in 2021 we have grown rapidly, leveraging decades of experience in technology, financial services and global real estate, to launch the MENA region’s first mobile app for fractional real estate investing.

The Finance Team

Navigating the Numbers: Our Finance team dive deep into data, strategising every dollar to fuel growth and maximise our returns

We are looking for a Corporate Finance and Investor Relations Lead, you will work closely with the VP of Finance to manage and produce key company documents, including investor presentations, financial reports, and business plans. You'll also handle cap table management, corporate finance documentation, and market research. Additionally, you'll support investor communications, share updates, and analyse new initiatives to develop business cases.

🚀What you’ll do:

• Coordinate with internal functions to create and maintain a comprehensive library of company documents.
• Develop and update investor presentations, pitch decks, and teasers.
• Produce and manage KPI trackers and other internal or external financial data reports.
• Build and maintain financial models, business plans, and forecasted projections.
• Oversee cap table management and create compensation benchmarking tools.
• Prepare corporate finance and other legal documentation.
• Design company presentations and promotional materials.
• Perform industry and market research, particularly focused on fintech and proptech startups.
• Support Co-Founders in investor communications, ensuring consistent updates and progress reports.
• Analyse and assess new initiatives, developing business cases to support strategic planning.
• Contribute to the company's overall vision and strategy.

👀 What we’re looking for:

• 4-6 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in Investment Banking/ PE / VC / or similar corporate finance experience in big 4.
• Demonstrated track record of building and owning robust excel models.
• Self-starter with a curiosity to dive-deep.
• Strong understanding of financials.
• Financial modelling experience is essential.
• MBA or CFA preferred.
