Stake is the MENA region’s most exciting real estate fintech company, combining real estate expertise and innovative financial technology to deliver products that empower everyone to own and build wealth through Real Estate. Launched in 2021 we have grown rapidly, leveraging decades of experience in technology, financial services and global real estate, to launch the MENA region’s first mobile app for fractional real estate investing.

The Finance Team

Navigating the Numbers: Our Finance team dive deep into data, strategising every dollar to fuel growth and maximise our returns.

We are looking for a strong individual with solid analytical skills, ability to hypothesise and provide insights based on financial performance and join a growing finance function across UAE, KSA and beyond.

🚀What you’ll do:

• Planning/Budgeting - Preparing annual budget, gauging actual performance against plan and providing monthly/quarterly/yearly guidance.
• Drive weekly/monthly reviews around business performance, anchoring debate around actionable business insights with the leadership team.
• Work alongside Corporate Finance Lead on investor reporting to provide detailed insights.
• Balance Sheet/Cash Flow Analytics - Deep-dive into the levers of balance sheet and cash flow movements.
• Work alongside VP of Finance to provide financial insights and steer company in the right direction.

👀 What we’re looking for:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis ideally from the fintech or finance sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
• Understanding of financial statements and ability to parse and analyze data.
• Proficiency in advanced excel and powerpoint.
• Ability to build basic excel models is a plus.
• CFA Level II and above is a plus.
