The Operations Team

Our Real Estate Operations team works behind the scenes, looking for and managing investment opportunities, following industry best practice and applying market analytics to ensure seamless transactions and an unparalleled service.

We are looking for a a proactive and experienced Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of 300+ residential properties across Dubai. They will ensure optimal property conditions, high occupancy rates, and efficient onboarding of new acquisitions. This role requires strong collaboration with external property management partners and internal teams to drive portfolio growth and maintain high standards.

🚀 What you’ll do:

• Tenant Turnover & Leasing:
  • Evaluate property conditions when tenants vacate and ensure units are quickly listed for rent, aiming to maintain and improve a minimum 96% occupancy rate.
  • Collaborate with leasing agents to proactively manage tenant turnover, maximize rental income and minimize vacancy periods.
• Property Condition & Maintenance:
  • Monitor maintenance works quality and prices, developing innovative methods to keep track of property conditions.
  • Coordinate with external PM and contractors to promptly address maintenance issues.
• New Property Onboarding:
  • Oversee the inspection, furnishing, and maintenance of newly acquired properties, ensuring readiness within a 3-week turnaround.
  • Work closely with the property acquisitions team to assess potential purchases and forecast rental income.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as the main liaison between property management partners, internal teams, and external vendors, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with company objectives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on property conditions, leasing activities, and project timelines.

👀 What we’re looking for:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in property management, with a strong track record in maintaining high occupancy rates and managing property conditions in a large portfolio.
• Skills: Proactive, detail-oriented, excellent communicator, and capable of managing multiple properties efficiently. Experience with property management software and a strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market are essential.
