The Operations Team

Our Operations team works tirelessly behind the scenes, streamlining processes and fine-tuning systems to ensure seamless transactions and unparalleled service.

We are looking for a Property Conveyancing Coordinator who will collaborate closely with our Operations team to facilitate ownership transfers.

🚀What you’ll do:

• Arranging all the necessary documents with DLD Real Estate Trustee offices for transfer of property ownership
• Coordinating with developers for NOCs
• Coordinating and assisting with Power of Attorneys and documentation attesting
• Coordinating and sourcing of property title deeds through Dubai Land Department.
• Arranging for Sales and Purchase Agreement for developers.
• Handle Property registration, de-registration, pre-registration, Late Payment Fees waiver, Resell Process and Ownership transfer.
• Handling Ejari System as needed.

👀 What we’re looking for:

• At leas 2+ years experience in property conveyancing in a reputed real estate firm in Dubai
• Proven property conveyancing experience and is familiar with the process of Dubai Land Dept., the RORP at DIFC, and top developers in Dubai.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Understands the Dubai Real Estate market.
• Strong work ethic, and ability to manage tasks autonomously.
• Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• English fluency is assumed, Arabic is a plus
• ⚠️ Must have: Dubai driver’s license and own car — fuel allowance will be covered by Stake.
