Stake is the MENA region’s most exciting real estate fintech company, combining real estate expertise and innovative financial technology to deliver products that empower everyone to own and build wealth through Real Estate. Launched in 2021 we have grown rapidly, leveraging decades of experience in technology, financial services and global real estate, to launch the MENA region’s first mobile app for fractional real estate investing.

The Operations Team

Our Operations team works tirelessly behind the scenes, streamlining processes and fine-tuning systems to ensure seamless transactions and unparalleled service.

The Strategy & Operations Analyst will report directly to the Head of Company Operations, and will work closely with the broader Operations team to help scale the business and achieve our strategic objectives. The role will be dynamic and cross-functional, and offer an opportunity to get exposure to many different aspects of one of the region’s fastest growing start-ups.

🚀 What you’ll do:

• Building and managing company and asset performance monitoring processes, and assisting with KPI tracking
• Building comprehensive databases and managing dashboards for multiple stakeholders
• Taking ownership of various platform operations and identifying ways to improve existing processes and enhance scalability
• Working closely with our Real Estate Operations team to help in developing and monitoring our asset strategy
• Providing strategic input on the company's most pressing issues and problems while lending support on a number of cross-functional projects

👀 What we’re looking for:

The most successful candidate should be detail oriented, displays strong critical thinking, is pragmatic, shows initiative, is a good communicator, works well in a team, and has methodical ways to manage tasks and priorities. The candidate should be eager to learn and excited by the prospect of joining some of the most talented people in this space! Some of the requirements will be as follows:

• 1-2 years’ experience in fast-paced working environments, including but not limited to consulting, finance or high-growth startups
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical skills and financial awareness – accuracy and attention to detail is critical
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to learn
• Ability to manage complex datasets and projects
• The candidate must be very comfortable with uncertainty and be able to determine quickly what the most pressing issues of the day are and to tackle them
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Fluency in English is essential
