The Strategic Finance Team

Our team plays a critical role in driving insights, shaping strategy, and ensuring strong financial performance across all regions. As we grow, we’re expanding the team to strengthen reporting, profitability tracking, and financial planning processes. We dive deep into data, strategising every dollar to fuel growth and maximise our returns.

We’re looking for a Strategic Finance Analyst to assist the Strategic Finance Lead in scaling the finance function and driving insights across the business.

🚀What you’ll do:

• Preparing annual budget, gauging actual performance against plan and providing monthly/quarterly/yearly guidance.
• Support the Strategic Finance Lead in delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis across all regions and at consolidated level.
• Help track key business and financial metrics, identify cost drivers at a granular level, and support profitability analysis.
• Play an important role in implementing new financial tools and systems, supporting setup, testing, and integration.
• Preparing monthly commission calculations across regions.
• Provide analytical support on ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives.

👀 What we’re looking for:

• 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
• Understanding of financial statements and ability to parse and analyze data.
• Advanced Excel skills; comfort working with financial systems and large datasets
• Highly analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to build basic excel models is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to turn data into clear insights
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
• CFA Level II and above is a plus.
