The Operations Team

Our Real Estate Operations team works behind the scenes, looking for and managing investment opportunities, following industry best practice and applying market analytics to ensure seamless transactions and an unparalleled service.

We are looking for a proactive and experienced leader to look after Stake’s Real Estate team, sourcing, vetting, negotiating, and closing investment opportunities. Additionally, you'll be responsible for delivering on and expanding our existing investment strategies, most notably, ‘Fix n’ Flips’. You will also look after realising potential exits for our portfolio of funded properties once the projected ROI has been met.

🚀 What you’ll do:

• Oversee Stake’s property acquisition, conveyancing, and exits to meet the business’s GMV targets and maximise investor returns.
• Manage the property acquisitions team, setting and refining acquisition strategies to build a strong deal pipeline aligned with Stake’s goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with both established and new real estate brokers, ensuring a steady flow of quality deal opportunities.
• Work closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, and the leadership team (including founders) to align transaction activities with overall business objectives.
• Analyse market trends and build internal analytics to inform strategic decisions and optimise acquisition and portfolio management.
• Manage the conveyancing team to ensure timely, efficient property transfers, implementing KPIs and process improvements to reduce delays and costs.
• Foster external relationships with legal and conveyancing partners for smooth transaction completion.
• Monitor market conditions, portfolio performance, and property value growth to identify opportunities for early exits and maximise gains.
• Source and present exit opportunities, strategic insights to stakeholders regularly.
• Manage and lead the growth of Stake’s "Fix n’ Flip" strategy by working with the Real Estate Project lead from sourcing and scoping opportunities, presenting to investors, executing the renovation works, and ultimately exiting the flip by sourcing the most favourable opportunities.
• Oversee "Fix n’ Flip" project delivery by working with Project Management and Interior Design lead to ensure timeliness and project quality, supporting investors in achieving high ROI.

👀 What we’re looking for:

• 7+ years of experience in real estate transaction management, acquisitions, or portfolio management.
• Proven track record of meeting GMV and portfolio growth targets within a real estate or prop-tech environment.
• Deep market knowledge of UAE real estate trends, with the ability to develop proprietary analytics and identify new opportunities.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams, including acquisitions, legal, and project delivery.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, capable of managing external broker relationships and vendors.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt strategies based on market conditions and internal performance metrics.
• Experience managing conveyancing, legal, or administrative processes is a plus.
• Fluency in English is essential. Arabic is a bonus.
