The Operations Team

Stake’s Operations team is the engine room of the business - streamlining processes, optimising systems, managing a rapidly growing portfolio of 400+ properties, and delivering consistently for our investors. As a function at the heart of what we do, Operations is critical to our ability to scale and realise our ambition of becoming a global market leader in digital real estate investment.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Operations Manager to help elevate our UAE operations to a world-class standard. Reporting directly to the Director of Company Operations, this individual will be responsible for ensuring our core business processes are robust, efficient, and scalable. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day performance of our portfolio and driving strategic improvements that align with Stake’s growth trajectory.

This is a high-impact role with exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape how Stake delivers operational excellence at scale.

🚀What you’ll do:

Core business operations:

• Lead and manage the daily operational processes for the UAE business, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across all core business operations
• Lead and develop a team of real estate and operations specialists, ensuring clarity of roles, high performance and continuous growth
• Identify and implement improvements to our operational and asset management processes, leveraging technology and operational best practices to scale efficiently
• Oversee financial operations related to properties, including payables, receivables, monthly dividend distributions to investors, and forecasting
• Administer and optimise Stake’s databases, including the ERP for property management, ensuring data integrity, automation, and process efficiency.

Asset management:

• Monitor and track the performance of Stake’s UAE property portfolio, coordinating with the Property Management team to address underperformance, tenant issues, and operational challenges
• Provide stakeholders across the business with clear visibility into asset performance through dashboards, periodic reports, and ad-hoc insights
• Take ownership of investor communications related to property updates, including tenancy status, maintenance events, and exceptional circumstances such as legal disputes or major renovations

Other responsibilities

• Providing strategic input on the company's most pressing issues and problems while lending support on and leading a number of cross-functional projects
• Supporting new business initiatives and product lines as Stake continues to grow and enter new markets
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to regulators, auditors, and other external stakeholders as and when needed

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in operations and/or asset management roles
  • Experience in the Dubai real estate market and/or high-growth start-ups is a bonus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical skills and financial awareness – accuracy and attention to detail is critical
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to learn
• Proven experience in building systems to manage complex processes and workflows
• The candidate must be very comfortable with uncertainty and be able to determine quickly what the most pressing issues of the day are and to tackle them
• Fluency in English is essential
  • Arabic is a bonus
