We are actively looking for an experienced and data-driven Talent Acquisition Associate to support our recruitment efforts and the onboarding experience at Stake. Beyond recruitment, you will partner closely with our People & Culture team to support initiatives aimed at driving engagement, development and retention across our growing business.

🚀What you’ll do:

Talent Acquisition:

• Support end-to-end recruitment for key roles across multiple teams and regions (primarily supporting roles based in the UAE and KSA, as well as a range of remote opportunities)
• Proactively source and engage top talent using headhunting, market mapping, and creative outreach strategies
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates, delivering high-quality shortlists to hiring managers
• Partner closely with hiring teams to deeply understand role requirements and ensure hiring alignment
• Maintain and build talent pipelines for future roles and hard-to-fill functions
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience that reflects our brand and values
• Take a data-driven and quality-first approach to hiring

Onboarding and People Support:

• Coordinate onboarding logistics and ensure new hires have a seamless experience
• Collaborate on improving the onboarding process based on feedback and outcomes
• Support company-wide people initiatives (e.g., engagement surveys, feedback loops, internal mobility, events)

👀 What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years experience in a fast-paced recruitment role; open to both agency and in-house experience
• Proven track record sourcing and closing talent across various functions and levels
• Experience hiring in the UAE and KSA markets is highly desirable
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
• Comfortable running full-cycle recruitment processes independently
• Organised and adaptable, with the ability to prioritise multiple roles and projects
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels
• A team player who’s curious, resourceful, and excited to contribute beyond hiring
