We are looking for a 3D Visualiser to produce the 3D visuals for our Fix n Flip / Fix n Lease properties that will be posted on the app for funding.

Our Current Product Line
Stake currently offers 5 investment opportunities in our app and website, 2 of which undergo what we call a “fix”. The first is branded as a Fix and Flip investment, with the purpose of identifying, funding, acquiring, and upgrading undervalued properties in need of a facelift, for the purpose of selling at a premium and achieving profits for investors in a shorter timespan. The second is branded as a Fix and Lease investment, with essentially the same strategy as the Fix and Flip investments with two main differences: a more cost-effective and streamlined upgrade, with the purpose of achieve a higher rental return instead of selling it.
The Fixes Team
Our Fixes team is responsible for designing, managing, and overseeing the execution of both Fix and Flip (FnF) and Fix and Lease (FnL) properties. Our scope of work begins when our acquisitions team identifies promising opportunities in need of an upgrade. We further identify the potential scope of work and conduct a high-level budgeting exercise to ensure the opportunity is feasible. After deciding to move forward with the opportunity, the Fixes team mobilises to produce the 3D visuals which will be posted on the app and based on which the Sales team will drive funding. The Fixes team then moves forward with producing the necessary drawings and supporting schedules for tendering stage, and after awarding the relevant project management consultants and contractors, oversees the design and execution guardianship until project completion and final snagging are complete for handover.
The Role
We are looking for a seasoned 3D Visualiser to produce the 3D visuals that will be posted on the app for funding. These 3D visuals will be based on a design direction that will be discussed with the Head of Fixes. The 3D Visualiser will own the process of generating 3D visuals from white-modelling to post-production. The ideal candidate will have an intimate and proven understanding of the modelling process from mood boards, 2D sketches and drawings, to materials and FF&E sourcing, applying, and modelling chosen selections from scratch if their models are unavailable/inaccessible. The 3D Visualiser will also streamline the process to achieve a rapid generation rate of 7-10 post-production shots per week.
🚀What you’ll do:
- Your main task will be producing the CGIs and 3D visuals of Stake’s fixes pipeline. These include both FnF and FnL.
- You will be modelling existing properties ranging from 1-Bedroom apartment units to 5-Bedroom Villas including their exterior backyards in terms of landscape and pools. Then you will be transforming those spaces to the intended design direction finalised between you and the interior designer for 3D renderings finalisation with the property’s accurate surroundings and views.
- You will be sourcing, downloading, and/or producing whichever FF&E, lighting, artworks, softscape (trees and shrubbery), textures needed to achieve the desired design direction in case these are unavailable.
- You will be working closely with the Head of Fixes to streamline the process in a way that the renderings will reflect a combination of any sets of materials and FF&E based on the models library you will be building along the way.
- You will be producing quick indicative renderings if and when needed to be used for more accurate quotations and executions during tendering and site works respectively.
- You will completely own the modelling and post-production process, as long as the final deliverables are up to our marketing standards.
- You may, on occasion, need to produce an AR walkthrough for the marketing team, so experience in that respect is encouraged.
👀 What we’re looking for:
- 3-6 years of experience in residential design (interiors and exteriors including concept-level landscaping), including 3D modelling, drafting, and post-production
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field.
- Proven track record in producing marketing-quality CGIs and visuals of the built environment (interiors, exteriors, and landscaping) - photorealism is not essential as long as final quality is up to our standards
- Strong understanding of the 3D modelling process, seamless textures application, canvas composition and proportions, colour and lighting theory,
- Proficiency in modelling software is flexible - preferred modelling software include Sketchup, 3DS Max, and Rhino, while preferred plug-ins include V-Ray and Corona. Grasshopper is welcome; any modelling scripts and bump maps for pattern, texture, and softscape generation are crucial for depth, texture, and a photorealistic feel of the final result.
- Enscape, Lumion, and Unreal Engine are accepted, though they’re subject to the final result and quality standard produced. Adobe suite is essential for the post-production process, so a high proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom is preferred.
- An existing library of 3D models is highly preferred, one that covers materials, furniture, all lighting types, appliances (media and kitchen), fixtures and sanitary ware, and softscape.
