We are looking for a strategic CRM Sales & Operations Lead - HubSpot to champion our migration from Salesforce to HubSpot and drive revenue growth through operational excellence. This role combines CRM, sales operations, and revenue operations to optimise our entire sales funnel and drive data-driven growth at scale.
🚀What you’ll do:
HubSpot platform ownership
- Platform champion: serve as the internal HubSpot expert, driving adoption, training teams, and ensuring maximum platform utilisation
- System architecture: design and implement sales funnel stages, deal pipelines, and revenue processes after coordinating with sales, product and marketing team, in a way that aligns with Stake's business model
- Dashboard & analytics: build comprehensive dashboards tracking KPIs across the entire customer journey from lead to investor
- Automation strategy: create workflows for lead nurturing, and sales team notifications and efficiency
Campaign operations & messaging
- Campaign creation: design and execute multi-touch email/WhatsApp sequences for lead nurturing, investor onboarding, and expansion
- Message development: brief creative team on copy for automated sequences, follow-up campaigns, and sales communications
- Segmentation strategy: build advanced audience segments based on investor behaviour, geography, and investment preferences
- A/B testing: Continuously optimise messaging, timing, and campaign performance across all touch-points
Revenue operations & analytics
- Sales performance: generate regular reports on pipeline health, conversion rates, team performance, and revenue forecasting
- Data governance: ensure data quality, implement standardisation processes, and maintain accurate investor records
- Process optimisation: Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement solutions to improve efficiency
- Cross-team alignment: collaborate with growth and product teams to optimise the entire investor journey
Leadership advisory
- Executive reporting: provide insights and recommendations to leadership on sales performance and growth opportunities
- Revenue forecasting: support strategic planning with accurate pipeline predictions
- Process innovation: continuously evaluate and implement new HubSpot features that drive business results
👀 What we’re looking for:
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in CRM management, sales operations, or revenue operations
- Expert-level HubSpot proficiency with proven track record of implementations and optimisations
- Advanced analytics capabilities with ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Fintech or financial services experience preferred, with understanding of regulated environments
- Technical skills: Advanced Excel/Sheets, experience with automation tools
- Communication: excellent written and verbal English skills; Arabic language skills a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce-to-HubSpot migrations
- Background in high-growth startup environments
- Understanding of fintech or real estate industry dynamics
- HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Revenue Operations)
- Experience with multi-market operations (UAE/KSA)
