The Team
Our Real Estate Operations team works behind the scenes, looking for and managing investment opportunities, following industry best practice and applying market analytics to ensure seamless transactions and an unparalleled service.
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Leasing Lead to oversee a diverse portfolio of 550+ residential properties across Dubai. They will ensure optimal property conditions, high occupancy rates, and efficient leasing of newly acquired properties. This role requires strong collaboration with external property management partners and internal teams to drive portfolio performance and maintain high standards.
🚀What you’ll do:
Leasing Performance & Vacancy Reduction
Own the end-to-end leasing process for vacant and upcoming vacant units, working with external real estate agents to lease our properties, ensuring listings are accurate, well-presented, and launched promptly to minimise vacancy periods.
Proactively manage leasing performance by monitoring enquiries, viewings, feedback, and offers, working closely with agents and property managers to convert leads into signed tenancy contracts.
Track portfolio occupancy and vacancy metrics, identifying opportunities to improve leasing velocity and maximise rental income.
New Property Onboarding & Unit Inspections
Conduct inspections of vacant and newly onboarded properties to assess condition, furnishings, and leasing readiness, ensuring each asset meets company standards.
Provide practical, data-driven recommendations to improve presentation, marketability, and tenant appeal, supporting faster lease-up periods.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure units are prepared and market-ready within agreed timelines.
Operations & Maintenance Coordination
Maintain accurate leasing records and internal systems, overseeing offer approvals, tenancy documentation, and move-in coordination.
Work closely with property managers to coordinate maintenance and operational matters that may impact leasing performance or the tenant experience, ensuring timely resolution.
Identify and escalate operational issues affecting occupancy, recommending solutions to minimise disruption and vacancy.
Stakeholder & Agent Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with leasing agents, property managers, and internal stakeholders to maximise portfolio performance and deliver a seamless leasing experience.
Collaborate with agents on pricing, marketing strategies, and tenant negotiations to secure high-quality tenants and optimise rental returns.
Monitor market trends and leasing performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve occupancy, reduce vacancy, and support portfolio objectives.
👀 What we’re looking for:
Experience: 3-4 years of experience in real estate leasing, property management, or leasing operations, within the Dubai residential market.
Skills: Proactive, detail-oriented, excellent communicator, and capable of managing multiple properties efficiently. Experience with property management software and a strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market are essential.
Mobility: Ability to travel across Dubai to inspect vacant units and assess property readiness. A valid UAE driving licence is required.
