The Operations Team

Our Real Estate Operations team works behind the scenes, looking for and managing investment opportunities, following industry best practice and applying market analytics to ensure seamless transactions and an unparalleled service.

We are looking for a proactive and experienced leader to take ownership of Stake’s Acquisitions and Conveyancing team; sourcing, vetting, negotiating, closing and transferring investment opportunities. You will be the guardian of the integrity of our acquisitions process, ensuring every deal is screened, underwritten and acquired in line with Stake’s investment strategies and compliance standards. You will also deliver on and expand our existing investment strategies, including ‘Fix n’ Flip’.

🚀 What you’ll do:

• Oversee Stake’s property acquisition and conveyancing teams to meet the business’s GMV targets and maximize investor returns.

• Set and refine acquisition strategies to build a strong, high-quality deal pipeline aligned with Stake’s goals.

• Review and approve financial projections and return models, ensuring every deal meets Stake’s targets before it progresses through the pipeline.

• Develop and maintain relationships with both established and new real estate brokers, ensuring a steady flow of quality deal opportunities.

• Manage the conveyancing team to ensure timely, efficient property transfers.

• Foster external relationships with legal and conveyancing partners for smooth transaction completion.

• Work closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, and the leadership team to align transaction activities with overall business objectives.

• Analyze market trends and build internal analytics to inform strategic decisions and optimize acquisitions.

• Assisting the Head of Real Estate Transactions to implement KPIs and process improvements across the team.

👀 Who we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in Dubai-based real estate brokerage, sales or portfolio management, including at least 2 years leading or managing a team.

• Proven track record of meeting GMV and portfolio growth targets within a real estate or prop-tech environment.

• Deep market knowledge of UAE real estate trends, with the ability to identify new opportunities.

• Strong financial modelling and underwriting skills, comfortable assessing net yields, ROI and cashflow projections.

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams, including acquisitions and conveyancing.

• Working knowledge of UAE transaction and conveyancing processes

• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, capable of managing external broker relationships.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt strategies based on market conditions and internal performance metrics.

• Familiarity with deal-management and market-data tools (e.g. Reidin, Property Finder/Bayut, DLD data).

• Fluency in English is essential. Arabic is a bonus.
