🚀What you’ll do:

We're looking for a Client Experience Associate who will play a vital role in our Client Experience team, providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively!
Please note that this is a fully remote position. We are unable to consider candidates currently based in the UAE for this role.

• The working days for this position are Saturday to Wednesday, 12:00pm - 9:00pm UAE time. (This schedule could change in future).

This is a really exciting opportunity to serve as the primary point of contact for our existing and potential clients, delivering outstanding support and maintaining healthy client relationships.

What you'll be doing day to day:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients across email, live chat, and WhatsApp

• Responding to client queries promptly and accurately, ensuring a consistently high standard of service across all channels

• Managing and prioritising a queue of incoming conversations, escalating complex or sensitive cases where needed

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to support retention and satisfaction

• Keeping accurate records of client interactions and flagging recurring issues or trends to the wider team

👀 What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, such as Client Experience, Customer Success, Account/Relationship Management, or a similar field

• Previous experience in a startup or technology company, with a focus on providing exceptional customer support

• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory, both written and spoken

• Experience in investing or real estate, and comfort working with numbers, is a strong advantage
